1) First of all Log in to your blogger account.
2) Click on setting and then click on search preference now write your blog meta description in meta description box as shown in below image
3)After Adding Meta Description Now Click On Save
4)Now Click On Template And Then Click On Edit Html,Copy The Code Given Below And Paste This Code After <Head>
